Problems To Solve

Shortage of Qualified
Professionals

A shortage of qualified professionals can cause delays in essential repairs, exacerbating operational challenges for businesses. Without access to skilled technicians, businesses may struggle to promptly address equipment issues, leading to extended downtime. As of January 2024, in Canada, every dealer would take three to five mechanics and when multiplied that by 400 locations in Western Canada alone, it’s a shortage of 1,000 perhaps 1,500.

Equipment failure Impacting Productivity and Profitability

Equipment failure poses a significant challenge, directly affecting productivity and profitability for businesses. Operational interruptions resulting from equipment failure can lead to costly downtime, hampering workflow continuity. As of 2023, 68% of industrial businesses in Canada experience unplanned outages at least once a month. The survey found that this costs Canadian businesses approximately CAD 327,365.50 per hour, compared to the global average of CAD 229,967.50 per hour. Moreover, increased maintenance costs and potential damage to products or facilities further compound the financial strain.

Prolonged Equipment Failures Impacting Brand Image

Prolonged equipment failures can severely damage a company’s brand image, leading to significant financial losses and customer churn. In Canada, 33% of consumers are likely to cease doing business with a company after encountering just one negative experience. Such failures not only disrupt operations but also erode consumer trust and loyalty. As word spreads about equipment reliability issues, potential customers may choose competitors, further exacerbating the impact on revenue and market share.
